KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Mid-Continent Public Library is celebrating Black History Month with several events.
Throughout the month of February, events at various libraries will showcase the role African Americans played in shaping the history of the United States of America.
One of the events includes a partnership with the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. There is also a history lesson on the Buffalo Soldiers.
