KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person died Friday evening in a crash on Interstate 435, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-435 near Kansas 10 around 5:30 p.m.
It’s unclear what caused the crash, but only one car was involved.
Two lanes of traffic were getting by with the left lane and shoulder closed, KHP said.
Officials said the road may be reopened fully by 6:15 p.m.
