1 person dead in a crash involving 2 motorcycles Sunday afternoon in Cass County, Missouri

UPDATE: July 27 4:30a.m.: The Missouri Highway Patrol says Fred McInnis, 66 of Liberty was on a 2006 Harley Davidson northbound on Peculiar Drive and struck the rear of Richard O'Connell's 2018 Harley Davidson. Both motorcycles overturned and ejected the men. McInnis was pronounced dead at the scene. O'Connell suffered moderate injuries.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said the crash happened about 4:15 p.m. at 195th Street and Peculiar Drive in Peculiar.
