KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A pickup truck driver died Christmas Day after he ran a red light, crashed into a car and two poles.

Police said the 60-year-old driver of a Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling south on Blue Ridge Boulevard when he ran the red light at East 99th Street.

The pickup collided with a Nissan Altima with a man and his 7-year-old daughter in the car.
