KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two people have been charged in connection to drive-by shootings in Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs.
Chance D. Boles, 19, and Atianna J. Chavez, 18, both face three counts of unlawful use of a weapon and three counts of armed criminal action, according to the Jackson County prosecutor’s office.
Court records state that Boles and Chavez participated in three shootings over the past five days in the two cities. Two of the drive-by shootings occurred in Blue Springs and one occurred in Lee's Summit.
The prosecutor's office requested $100,000 cash bonds for both defendants.
