KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating a shooting that took place early Wednesday morning.
According to police, two people were shot around 12:50 a.m. near Independence Avenue and Benton Boulevard.
Both victims have critical injuries.
Police are still trying to figure out what led up to the shooting.
