KANSAS CITY, Mo. — UPDATE | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department has opened all lanes of US-71.

ORIGINAL STORY | Three left lanes of northbound U.S. 71 Highway are closed at 22nd Street in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department and emergency crews are on the scene.
