6 Kansas City residents killed in Oklahoma crash

Six people from Kansas City, including at least two children, were killed after a mini van crashed into a semi-truck in Oklahoma on Friday.
 
It happened around 11:30 p.m. on Highway 69 in Mayes County, about an hour outside of Tulsa. 
 
One juvenile in the minivan did survive, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol told KJRK News
 
A toddler died after he was taken to the hospital. A man, a woman, and the male driver all died at the scene.
 
Troopers are still trying to identify another female who also died.
 
They also say the three adults were pinned, and two of the passengers were ejected.

Their names have not yet been released , but troopers say they were all from Kansas City, Missouri.

OHP identified the driver of the semi- truck as Harold Harris of Texas. He was treated and released for his injuries.

Troopers say all seat belts and child restraints were in use.The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
