92-year-old man dies after Tuesday crash in KCMO

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 92-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, man is dead following a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.

Police responded around 4 p.m. to Blue Ridge Boulevard west of Wornall Road after the driver of a westbound Ford Ranger pickup lost control.

The vehicle left the south side of the road and went into a 15-foot deep creek bed, according to a news release.

The man was taken to local hospital, where he died from his injuries.
