A 22 year-old Belton man was killed in a single vehicle rollover at I-70 and Woods Chapel Rd. early Saturday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says Dalton L. Johnson, of Belton was eastbound on I-70 about 4:40 a.m. Saturday morning when he rolled a 1997 Chevy Blazer at Woods Chapel Rd..
Johnson reportedly drove off the right shoulder and hit the guard rail and speed limit sign. The vehicle flipped four or five times before coming to a rest on its top.
No other vehicles were involved.
No word on if speed or alcohol may have played a part in the crash.
The investigation continues.
