KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If you want to buy and possess e-cigarettes in Blue Springs, you’ll have to be at least 21 years old.
The Blue Springs City Council made the change official at its Nov. 18 council meeting.
The change went into effect immediately.
Under the new ordinance, violators could face up to a $500 fine and or up to 90 days in jail.
