The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued a boil water advisory for the city of Edwardsville, southwest Kansas City, Kansas and Lake of the Forest.
KDHE officials said they issued the advisory because of a loss of pressure because of a main break located near 86th Street and Interstate 70.
There are 2,700 customers impacted in the area below, according to the KDHE.
