KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Cass County deputies are investigating after a body was found in a shallow pond Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say the body was found at about 3:30 p.m.m near E. 22rd Street and S. Prospect Avenue after someone reported it to officials.
The victim has not been identified and a cause of death has not been determined.
