The Cass County Public Adminstrator's Office, which serves as court-appointed legal guardian for people with disabilities, said 22-year-old Kristina Marie Lindsay ran away from her ISL (individualized support living) home a week ago and "was roaming around the streets of Kansas City."

She is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds and has curly brown hair.

The administrator's office said Lindsay is bipolar and has not taken her medication for at least a week. She also has trouble comprehending dangerous situations.
