KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Chiefs Kingdom is gearing up for the team's first playoff game of the season. The Chiefs play the Indianapolis Colts in the divisional round Saturday afternoon.

The Chiefs are the number one seeded team in the AFC for the playoffs. That seed earned the team a first round bye and home field advantage through the playoffs. The Colts are the sixth seeded team. They beat the Houston Texans last week to advance to Saturday's game.

If you're going to the game, here's what you need to know: the game kicks off: 3:35 p.m. The parking lots open at 10:30 a.m. Parking is $40 in advance and $60 at the gate, cash only. The Chiefs encourage fans to buy parking passes in advance online.

The stadium gates open at 1:30 p.m. The first 50,000 fans inside the stadium will receive a headband with the Chiefs logo, similar to the one quarterback Patrick Mahomes wears. Hy-Vee and CommunityAmerica Credit Union sponsored the giveaway.

Temperatures will be cold. The Chiefs are not making any exceptions on what fans can and cannot bring into the stadium. It will be following the same rules from the regular season.

You cannot bring a backpack, or large tote bag. You must use a clear bag or bring in a small clutch.

Security will allow hats, gloves, mittens, blankets and towels. Seat cushions are allowed, so long as they don't have pockets or zippers. You cannot bring any kind of portable heater inside the stadium. For a more complete list of allowable items, click here.
