KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs have been busy this offseason making trades and signing free agents.
Star wide receiver Tyreek Hill has also been busy.
On Tuesday, Hill posted a four-minute video on YouTube, the first time he’s appeared in public since reports surfaced of him being involved in a police investigation in Overland Park, Kansas.
The video features Hill working out at a gym in Lenexa, Kansas and talking about preparing for the upcoming season.
While he doesn’t specifically address the Overland Park situation, he does offer his thoughts on moving forward.
“You write your own story bro. Remember that. I wrote my own story I am my own man. I just want to be great though. I want better for my family. And I will get better for my family.”
Hill adds that he’s appreciative of the support of Chiefs fans.
“I stay working for y’all.”
