KANSAS CITY, Mo. — UPDATE, 3:00 p.m. | Commerce Bank has resolved its processing issues, but there still may be brief disruptions to online and mobile banking logins, according to the bank's Facebook post.
ORIGINAL STORY | Commerce Bank experienced processing issues regarding transactions and account balances Friday.
"We are aware of an issue that is affecting some transactions and account balances. We apologize for the inconvenience; we're working to fix the issue as quickly as possible," Commerce Bank's statement on Facebook said in part.
The issue was caused during nightly processing and is expected to be resolved by the end of the day, according to the bank's post.
