KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Rescue crews spent over an hour Sunday night searching the Kansas River for a fisherman who reportedly fell in the water.
According to Kansas City, Kansas Fire Chief John Paul Jones, witnesses saw the fisherman fall into the water near Holliday Drive and I-435.
Crews searched the Kansas River below the low head dam but didn't find the fisherman.

The search was called off and will resume Monday morning.
