Deputies are searching for men who ran from officials Thursday afternoon.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department, Lafayette County Sheriff's deputies interrupted a burglary near Odessa.
One suspect fled in car that was stolen in Kansas City. The other suspect fled on a Harley Davidson motorcycle that was taken from the house.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Department said the stolen car crashed at Highway 7 and Vesper Street in Blue Springs. The suspect then ran from the car.
Officials said the suspect is still on the run and may be armed with a handgun stolen in the burglary. The suspect on the motorcycle may also be armed with a handgun stolen in the crime.
Investigators recovered seven long guns in the stolen car. The guns were taken in the burglary. Investigators also found some cash.
