KANSAS CITY, Mo. — About two dozen cars and motorcycles rolled down Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri, as part of a Ridin' with Biden parade.
While the event was meant to show support for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' presidential ticket, organizers said holding the event on National Coming Out Day was intentional.
"We really wanted to come out and show our pride, not only as a community but also how important this election is this November," Justice Horn, parade organizer, said.
Participants began at the Liberty Memorial, traveled south down Main Street and through the Country Club Plaza.
This event was one of four taking place statewide. The others were held in St. Louis, Springfield and the Lake of the Ozarks.
