KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Dozens of faith leaders gathered Thursday afternoon for a rally for hope and unity at the J.C. Nichols Fountain at Mill Creek Park.
Pastors from several area congregations spoke at noon, leading those in attendance in prayer at the same park that’s been host to several straight days of protests into racial injustice and police brutality.
The event was sponsored by 88.5-FM.
