KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Supporters of President Donald Trump made their presence known Saturday in Overland Park, while the St. Louis couple who pointed guns at protesters earlier this year spoke at a related event.

A Trump Car Parade, featuring vehicles decked out in American flags, Trump/Pence signs and other signs of support for the president, made its way from 135th Street and State Line Road to 119th Street and Metcalf Ave.

The parade ended at a Back the Blue rally at Rosana Square, where the McCloskeys spoke to attendees.

Mark and Patricia McCloskeys were charged in July with unlawful use of a weapon after brandishing guns as protesters marched through the McCloskeys' neighborhood. The couple was indicted earlier this week.

Hundreds of people attended the Back the Blue rally after the parade.

Another Trump parade is planned for next Saturday in Kansas City, Missouri.
