KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The driver of a pick-up truck was critically injured early Thursday morning in Kansas City, Kansas.
A Kansas City, Kansas Police Department spokesperson said a pick-up truck heading east on Kansas Avenue struck a second pick-up truck that was crossing South 42nd Street.
The driver of the pick-up struck on Kansas Avenue suffered life-threatening injuries.
The second driver was not injured.
Police remained on the scene through Thursday morning investigating the cause of the crash.
