One person was killed following a crash on Missouri 9 Highway Monday evening.
Police say a Chevy Corvette was traveling northbound on 9 Highway near NW Tullison around 10 p.m. when the driver lost control and went into a large ditch. The vehicle overturned and ejected driver, killing them on impact.
No word on what caused the driver to lose control. Officials are unsure if speeding or alcohol were a factor.
The identity of the driver has not yet been released.
