An early morning house fire at 40th & Euclid spread to the home next door, but no injuries were reported in the blaze.
Firefighters were called to the scene just before 5:00 Sunday morning.
Smoke and flames were showing as firefighters battled the fire.
As crews worked to extinguish the fire in the two story home, it spread to the two story house next door as well.
Two adults and one child were getting assistance from the Red Cross for a place to stay.
No injuries were reported in either location.
