KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Vegetarians in Kansas City have one fewer vegetarian restaurant to choose from.
Long-time Plaza staple Eden Alley announced on Facebook and their website late last week that after 24 years, they are closing their location on the Country Club Plaza.
In a Facebook post, the restaurant didn’t outline any specific reasons for the closure.
The post garnered nearly 180 comments from customers shocked at the news. One commenter said their family had just become regular customers thanks to the restaurant's staff and food.
The west part of the Plaza is set for more changes to accommodate new tenants.
