KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Independence Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing Independence man.
Police say John S. Livesay II was last seen in the 17500 block of E. Cheyenne Drive on Monday at 8:30 p.m.
Police say he walked away from home and has not returned.
Police say he has dementia and unspecified cardiac issues.
