KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Evergy battled several power outages across its service area Tuesday morning.
Outages appeared to peak around 7:00 a.m., when there were 125 outages listed on its outage map affecting around 5,600 customers.
As of 10 a.m. there were still 3,400 customers without power.
Tuesday morning brought rainy weather, but it's unclear if that was a factor in the outages.
Customers can track outages and predicted restoration times on the Evergy website.
