KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man is dead after a one-car crash in Lafayette County.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, 41-year old Justin McGinnis of Concordia, Missouri, died when his car crashed at Highway 23 and Concordia Lake Road.
Authorities say the car crested a hill and became airborne, striking a telephone pole. McGinnis was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
