KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man is dead following a crash in Wyandotte County Friday.
It happened just before 3 p.m. on Interstate 435 at Donahoo Road.
According to Kansas Highway Patrol, 31-year-old Aaron Edminston of Wichita was traveling southbound on I-435, when his vehicle left the roadway to the right and struck the concrete base of a Kansas Department of Transportation road sign.
He was wearing a seat belt.
It's not known why he went off the road.
