KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Fire destroyed a home in the 25700 block of West 127th Street on Monday in Johnson County.
A fire was reported at the multi-story house, which is located about one mile north of Lake Olathe, around 1:10 p.m.
Crews with Johnson County Consolidated Fire District No. 1, the Olathe and Lenexa fire departments, Johnson County Med-Act and the Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office responded to the scene.
No one was home at the time of the blaze and no injuries were reported, but there was significant damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
