KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A morning house fire sent one local firefighter to the hospital.
The fire happened just after 6 a.m. at a home near East 66th Street and Bennington Avenue.
Kansas City, Missouri, and Raytown firefighters responded to the blaze.
It is unknown which department the firefighter who was taken to the hospital is from, or what their injuries are.
There were no civilian injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
