UPDATE | The National Weather Service canceled the flash flood warning at 2:48 p.m. for all of the counties include in the initial warning.
EARLIER | The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning around 10:33 a.m. for parts of northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.
The warning is in effect until 4:30 p.m. for Doniphan County in Kansas, and Andrew, Buchanan, DeKalb and Holt counties in Missouri.
