From the home of the Chiefs to the crossroads of dance and fitness, new studio Dance Fit Flow is the latest project from a pair of former Chiefs cheerleaders who are now dancing their way through the business world.

Kerri Pomerenke and Lauren Boyd met while cheering for the Chiefs, but in the midst of successful, post-cheer business careers, both felt they were missing something from their past.

For the last month, at the corner of 17th and Locust in the Crossroads, the two have been getting more and more adults to Dance…Fit….and Flow! As Kerri says, the dancing comes first, and fitness is a wonderful byproduct.

They offer classes for all skill levels and have found the response is something to, well, dance about. According to Lauren, there's a growing sense of community with other Crossroads businesses and those coming through the doors.

There studio offers ballet, sassy jazz, cardio dance, yoga, Pilates and more. Check out their website here.
