Gunman robs Northland bank, steals customer's car

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A gunman robbed an Arvest Bank branch Friday evening in Gladstone.

He walked into the bank just after 5 p.m. at 5600 N. Broadway St. He demanded money and pulled a handgun, according to an FBI news release.

The suspect then got into a customer's car, a early 2010's gray Kia Sorento, and fled.

The robber is a white male, about 6 feet tall with a medium build.

He wore a hooded sweatshirt, baseball cap and a mask over his face, according to the FBI.
