KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas Department of Transportation employee discovered human skeletal remains in Kansas City, Kansas.
Police were called to 400 South Bayard Avenue Tuesday on reports of possible human skeletal remains.
An initial investigation indicated the remains were a male who has likely been dead for several months.
