I-70 EB reopens at Broadway due to flooding on the road

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — I-70 eastbound at Broadway Boulevard is back open after flooding on the downtown loop.

The closure was in place for a couple of hours.

The closure also impacted access from I-35.
