Weslee T. Messer-Covington was last seen around 3 p.m. Monday at his home in the 19100 block of East 12th Terrace Court North.
He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He has a shaved head and wears thick prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a light blue Kansas City Royals jersey and light blue sweatpants.
He left his home on foot, possibly headed toward the Truman Sports Complex in Kansas City, Missouri.
