KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Independence police are looking for a missing 14-year-old girl who has not been seen in nearly a week.
Emma M. Looker was last seen by her family on Dec. 2 in Independence.
She is believed to be with a man, and police said they have possibly been seen at motels on U.S. 40 in Independence and on Armour Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
Looker is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. She has long, curly brown hair, according to Independence police.
