John C. Young, was found guilty on six of eight counts including Involuntary Manslaughter, assault, Unlawful use of a Weapon, two counts of Armed Criminal Action, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Court records indicate a witness in Hutson's car said a driver  in a blue car pulled up and yelled and fired shots into Hutson's vehicle.

Police learned the suspect was John C. Young,  who was identified in a photo lineup, and police found   paint on Hutson's vehicle that matched damage on Young's car.
