The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify a man who may have been involved in a robbery/assault in unincorporated southeast Jackson County.
Police say that on November 27, the man may have been involved in an assault on an elderly man in the area of MO 7 Highway and County Line.
He is described as a white man in his early 20s. At the time, he was wearing a multi-colored flannel shirt, black pants and tennis shoes. Photos show he got into a white Kia Sorrento that had red transfer paint on the driver side door.
