KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas State University police are looking for two people suspected in thefts that occurred after Christmas at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

On Friday, university police said the thefts occurred in the early morning hours between Dec. 26 and Dec. 29. A utility terrain vehicle was taken from the stadium, along with money stolen from an ATM, according to police.

The stolen UTV was last seen on the east side of the stadium around 6:20 a.m. on Dec. 27. Two days later, a suspect was seen with a different UTV with an attached trailer on the west side of the stadium in a residential area.

The second UTV was returned to the stadium later that morning, police said.

The money taken from the ATM in $10 and $20 denominations may smell of cleaning solution and have a yellow tint. The bills may be brittle and wrinkled, police said.

Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to call K-State police at 785-532-6412 or email police@k-state.edu. Police are looking for home security video or witness accounts from those who live near the stadium.
