The Kansas City, Kansas Police Department is investigating a suspicious death early Friday morning.
Officers were called to the 8000 block of Longview Avenue for the report of a non-responsive 26-year-old woman around 3 a.m.
A woman was taken to a local hospital were she was confirmed dead.
The cause of death has not been determined, but officials say the injuries looked suspicious.
The identity of the woman has not been released.
