Kansas City, Missouri, police say missing man with mental health issues has been located

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — UPDATE, 2:52 p.m. | Kansas City, Missouri, police said the search for a missing man has ended.

Travis Bean was located safely Friday afternoon.

EARLIER REPORT | The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is searching for a missing man diagnosed with mental health issues.

Travis Bean, 46, was last seen on June 2, near East 37th Street and Park Avenue.

His clothing description is unknown.

Bean is 5'-5" tall, and weighs 125 pounds.

Bean suffers from a mental health condition, and his family is concerned for his well-being.
