UPDATE, 5:13 a.m.: Kansas City police say the missing woman has been found safe.

The Missing Persons Unit of the Kansas City Police Department issued a Silver Alert on Thursday for a Kansas City, Missouri woman.
Annette Belcher, 53, was last seen around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
She is described as 5’9” tall, weighing 200 pounds with a short afro. Police said she was last seen wearing a black and white robe, blue jeans and tan slippers.
Police said Belcher was recently diagnosed with dementia.
