KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police need help finding a missing 12-year old.
KCPD say Autumn Berry was last seen on Saturday, September 19 at 8:30 a.m. in the area of N. Quincy Avenue in the Northland. She is 5'2", 135 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Berry has a medical condition that requires care.
Police ask you to call 911 if know her whereabouts.
