Mark Ebbitts, president of Shelton Travel Services, says if you are planning on going overseas you should buy your Euros before Monday.
"If planning on staying in Europe call ahead and see if you can book your hotel now because it will be cheaper," said Ebbitts.
Merchandise and tourism tickets will also be cheaper for Americans.
