KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Development around Lenexa’s City Center near Interstate 435 and 87th Street could continue with a proposed 315,000-square-foot office project.

Wichita-based developer Vantage Point Properties announced the development, dubbed Reflections at City Center, in a press release Tuesday morning.

The project would sit on the west side of Renner Boulevard between 95th and 87th streets and would include high-end office space, a reflection pool and three restaurant locations.

“Our vision is to create an environment that is both aesthetically and functionally different from any other office park in the Kansas City area,” said Paul Jackson, president and founder of Vantage Point Properties. “Every detail – walkable paths, architectural lighting, and sculptures – will come together to create a comfortable, enjoyable place to work.”

Developers said the Lenexa City Council has signed off on a tax-incentive package to help with certain costs of the project, and once they find an anchor tenant for the office space, they plan to break ground.
