KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police have made contact with the grandmother of a boy found walking alone in a Kansas City neighborhood.
KCPD officers found the boy outside Phyllis Wheatley Elementary School at 2415 Agnes. A report from the department said he was first seen at Montgall Park, located near 22nd and Kansas.
The boy told police he was four years old.
His grandmother saw his photo on the news and has arranged to come pick the boy up.
It wasn't immediately clear how the boy ended up alone or if there would be any charges in the case.
