KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Royals have agreed on contracts with eight more players, according to a team news release.
The team announced on Wednesday that it reached agreements with infielder Ryan O’Hearn, outfielder Brett Phillips and the following pitchers: Chance Adams, Foster Griffin, Jorge Lopez, Randy Rosario, Eric Skoglund and Josh Staumont.
Terms of the contracts were not revealed, according to the release.
Additionally, the release also stated that 40 players on the Major League Reserve List “agreed to terms for the 2020 season.”
